I work with students who have a wide range of skills. This continuum was created to assess student's individual skills and idenify next steps for targeted programming. The grade milestones are based on the Ontario's curriculum (📘 ), but the continuum can be adjusted to other curricula.
These are resources that I use in my own classroom. A few of the physical resources may not be available to borrow or buy as they were passed down to me by my mom or purchased early in my career. However, I update and add new links to resources as I become aware of them.
